Free Trial & Subscription Guide for My Redmine

Before you commit to a subscription, we encourage you to take advantage of our free trial.

It’s the perfect opportunity to test drive our service and see if it fits your needs.

Trial Period

You can use the service for free until the end of the month following the day you signed up for the free trial. During the trial period, you’ll have full access to everything our platform provides.

If you start your free trial at the beginning of the month and sign up for the official service by the end of the following month, you can enjoy up to two months of free usage, making it a great deal. We highly recommend taking advantage of this offer.

However, if you wish to expedite your official subscription, you can subscribe to the official service within the same month you started the free trial. In this case, billing will begin on the 1st of the next month, and the official service will start from that day.

Any accounts and data you create during the trial will smoothly transition to a subscribed status once you’ve completed the subscription process.

Subscription Process

Ready to sign up? Head over to “Administration > My Redmine Payment” and follow the steps to subscribe. Currently, we only accept credit card payments. Just enter your name, address, and credit card information to get started.

If you are still in the free trial period, the fee will be shown as $0 on the screen where you input your credit card information. Don’t worry, this means you can use the service for free until the end of the month you registered for the official service, and we won’t charge any additional daily fees.

We’ll automatically begin billing on the 1st of the next month and charge your credit card at the beginning of each month for the subscription fee.

Important Reminders

  • Any data you create during the trial will be wiped two weeks after it ends if you haven’t subscribed by then.
  • Once the trial’s up, you won’t be able to access My Redmine anymore until you’ve subscribed. So make sure to do that before time runs out.
  • If you miss the subscription deadline, don’t panic. You’ll still have two weeks to finish up before your data gets cleared. Just shoot us a message if you need temporary access.

We use Stripe as our payment processing service. Stripe gathers and handles personal data, which may include identifying information about the devices accessing its services.
