3. Updating an Issue
Update issues to reflect work progress. You can change the status, assignee, percentage of completion, add comments, or attach files to update the issue.
Procedure for Updating an Issue
- Click the “Jump to a project…” dropdown at the top right of the screen to navigate to a project (or select from the “Projects” menu at the top).
- Click “Issues.”
- Click the title or issue number of the issue you want to update, then click “Edit” on the displayed screen.
- Change the items you want to update and click “Submit” (you can also add comments). (In the image below, the status has been changed and a comment has been added.)
After updating, a message indicating successful completion and the updated issue will be displayed.
