1. Creating an Issue

Procedure for Creating an Issue

  1. Click the “Jump to a project…” dropdown at the top right of the screen to navigate to a project (or select from the “Projects” menu at the top).
  2. Click the “+” at the top left of the screen and select “New issue.” ※ If “New issue” is not displayed, check if the tracker you want to use is set up in the project’s settings menu under the issue tracking tab.
  3. Register the details on the new issue screen and click “Create.” (Click “Create and continue” to create multiple issues consecutively.)

※Items marked with “*” are required.

  • Tracker: Select the tracker to use
  • Subject: Enter the name of the issue
  • Description: (Optional) Enter the task description (It is recommended to write down what state the task should be in to be considered complete, as this makes the current progress clear.)
  • Assignee: (Optional) Select the person in charge of the task

After creating, a message indicating successful creation and the created issue will be displayed.
