How long will the data I created during the free trial period be retained?

A: 2 weeks after the end of the trial period.

If you subscribe within 2 weeks, you can continue to use the data.

Once the trial ends, you won’t be able to access My Redmine. Please contact us at Help Desk. We will guide you through the steps to subscribe.
